Hi Arsh, Thanks for sharing about your birthday. That does sound a bit hard. It's ok to be shy. I think it is ok to let other people help you. When I was a kid, I wanted to blow out everyone else's candles. That is a bit embarrassing to think about now. Did you have any good things that happened on your birthday? What were they?
